Military Veterans who are students or employees (e.g., faculty, instructors, staff) of TTU/TTUHSC are welcome to register for a session. Participation is free. All horse activities take place on the ground, and no prior horse experience is necessary. Volunteer horse handlers will be present to provide individual horse assistance during the sessions. All activities will include information on how to enhance the bond with your equine partner through mind/body awareness exercises.
Additional Session Details: Please arrive promptly at the designated start time to fill out paperwork for your session. The first time you participate in a session, you will be asked to fill out the TRTC's participant forms. Please have your primary care provider/insurance information handy for filling out the Emergency Medical Release Form.
