EYO Audition Application Form 2021
Thank you for your interest in Ealing Youth Orchestra.

2021 auditions will take place on July 4th and September 4th. It may be possible to offer alternative dates in cases of absolute unavailability, but priority will be given to those who can attend main audition days. We aim to fill as many places as possible in July and some instrumental sections may already be full before the September auditions so early application is strongly advised.

Please complete the following form taking care to fill in all relevant fields. Please accept the confirmation message on completion as an indication that your application has been received. We will be in touch by email nearer the audition date with the offer of an audition time and location. Should we be unable to offer face to face auditions due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation we will conduct auditions by video conferencing technology. We have a well-established system in place for this backed by a specific safeguarding protocol and full details will be provided.

EYO rehearses every Friday in term time from 6pm-9pm at Twyford C of E High School, Twyford Crescent, Acton, London W3 and gives four to five public concerts in West London venues through the year, plus an annual European tour of three concerts, usually in late August.

Membership is through annual audition and by subscription (£285 per year or £95 per term for 2021/22 paid by direct debit), excluding tour costs. EYO operates its own bursary scheme to provide assistance in cases of financial difficulty. The trustees of the orchestra wish to ensure that everyone of suitable ability is able to join the orchestra, regardless of financial circumstances.

Thank you for your interest. We look forward to receiving your application. In case of any queries or difficulties please call EYO Auditions Co-ordinator Jan McDonald on 07759 819522 or email auditions@eyo.org.uk.
