Committees for Upcoming Events
We're forming committees for several key upcoming events and need your help with planning and implementation!

Family Dance - February 28 (6-8 pm) 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This committee decides the games, where to get the food, photo booth and coordination the day of. We have the contact information for the above tasks.  Auction donations are handled by Chelsea Allhouse. Volunteers are HHS and HMS students who are in need of community service hours.

Audit Committee (made of up at least 3 people).  
Brief Description: One yearly overall audit (finalizing the end of school year) and then 1 every month.  This committee ensures the money being spent is budget approved. You pick as a committee the dates/times the audit is complete.

Yearbook Committee
Brief Description: This committee handles designing the layout of the yearbook as well as organizing candid photos that are submitted.  Strawbridge provides all the flyers that get distributed.  After delivery, the committee places student name labels on all the yearbooks ordered and distributes them

Fun Run Committee
Brief Description: This committee organizes the Fun Run which takes place in May.  They design the fun run t-shirts; spirit wear committee will place the order.  They organize the volunteers using a sign-up genius, sell extra shirts/shoutouts on the day of the event, and coordinate the event on the day of.

Birthday Lunch Committee
Brief Description:  This committee plans the birthday lunch (dates are predetermined by admin and usually happen 2x a month by tracks).  Some activities involve creating the birthday invitations and distribute to teachers the week before birthday lunch, assemble the birthday bags, attend lunches to hand out birthday bags and the popsicles to the students who celebrate their birthday that month.

Grounds Committee
Brief Description:  This committee helps with the beautification and maintaining of our school grounds.  We are trying to work with HHS FFA who have a landscaping class to help come up with a plan and then help us implement it.

Spirit Wear Committee
Brief Description: This committee designs and works with a vendor for spirit wear.  There is usually a pre-order twice a year.  They usually man the spirit wear table at school wide events.  They also place the order for Fun Run Shirts and Fifth Grade Celebration.
