ADULT MAN AND WOMAN PIONEER OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Criteria is the awardees should have been in The Nation of Islam and then transitioned into following the Leadership of Imam W. Deen Mohammed through the present time.

HADID MAN AND WOMAN OF THE YEAR
Nominee age 19 and Older. The individual has to have continuously done great service in the community while enduring and overcoming physical/mental experiences and challenges.

ELIGIBILITY
Any community members may be nominated with the exception of Board, Committee or Council members of the Mosque Cares and those who have received an award previously from The Mosque Cares. In order to honor new recipients, those who were previously awarded will not be considered.

CRITERIA
Nominees should have consistently demonstrated community service and good works via business, education, organization and/or a variety of volunteer activities.

PROCESS
Nominations are submitted to The Mosque Cares via email or mail which is forwarded to the Annual Convention Committee for review and recommendation. Vote determines winners for that year. If the selection decision is very close, runner-up(s) will be contacted for follow up.

PRESENTATION
Awards will be presented at the Annual Saviors Day Awards Banquet (held during the Annual Saviors Day Program)
