Please fill out the below form to indicate your interest in sharing a talent at our First Universalist Church Trivia & Talent Show fundraiser on Saturday, May 18, from 5-8 p.m. This fundraiser is planned and led by our Youth Leadership Team and will be held under the tent outdoors at First Universalist Church.

A few logistical notes:

Performers will need to arrive at the church by 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 for a mic check. Performers must plan to stay for the full event.
This is a family-friendly event, so all acts must be appropriate for all ages, including for young children. Inappropriate acts will be promptly interrupted and ended.
As this is a fundraiser, acts are uncompensated, and are a generous donation to our congregation's ministry.
We will be balancing a diversity of acts, including child and adult acts with a variety of talents. Please fill out a separate form for each interested performer. Because of our commitment to balance and our 60 minute time frame, there is a possibility that not all interested acts will be able to perform. We will be in touch with all interested acts to share more information in the coming weeks.
We will be prioritizing shorter acts in service of having a greater diversity of acts. If your act is longer than 3 minutes, consider shortening it to 2 minutes or less.
