a) for providing the events / activities arrangements and other information which MWYO may offer to you and/or you may require from MWYO from time to time;
b) for verifying your identity and the identity of the related party(ies) (if any);
c) to be used by MWYO for research, promotional and stakeholder relationship management purposes;
d) for communicating with you and the related party(ies) (if any);
e) for handling and investigation of complaints;
f) for making disclosures as and when required by any applicable law, court order, direction, code, guideline, regulatory requirement or rule applicable in or outside Hong Kong;
g) for complying and conforming with the rules, requirements and procedures of the relevant government departments and/or other competent authorities;
h) to be used by any of the partners of MWYO, including but not limited to Mars Media Academy, in connection with any of the above purposes and/or any of the services and facilities such partners may be offering to you and/or the related party(ies) (if any) from time to time; and
