State needs to provide for its citizens, but is Pakistan trying to have a social protection/welfare system that even the developed world is struggling to have? Is it premature to build a paternal economy with high debt, huge fiscal deficit, and without growth? Or with people’s welfare guaranteed, growth is bound to follow?
