Halloween Havoc 2020 Set-Up Application

Participants interested in creating a Halloween display or active scene for our upcoming Halloween Havoc drive- thru experience at Pinewoods Park need to submit this form to secure a spot.

BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION PLEASE HEAD TO www.ntparksrec.com TO REVIEW DETAILS AND DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT SET-UP.

Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by the Department with further instructions and details as necessary.

Event takes place Saturday October 24 (7pm-10pm) at Pinewoods Park (1 Pinewoods Dr, North Tonawanda NY 14120). Set up will take place Friday October 23.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three displays based on public voting.

BACKDROP DISPLAY (We provide a wooden backdrop, you decorate with Halloween theme)

TRUNK-AUTOMOBILE (Decorate your trunk or vehicle in a halloween theme--think trunk or treat)

ACTIVE SCENE (Live particpants act out a Halloween Scene--i.e. characters from a Halloween movie, zombies etc)
