Halloween Havoc 2020 Set-Up Application
Participants interested in creating a Halloween display or active scene for our upcoming Halloween Havoc drive- thru experience at Pinewoods Park need to submit this form to secure a spot.

BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION PLEASE HEAD TO www.ntparksrec.com TO REVIEW DETAILS AND DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT SET-UP.

Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by the Department with further instructions and details as necessary.

Event takes place Saturday October 24 (7pm-10pm) at Pinewoods Park (1 Pinewoods Dr, North Tonawanda NY 14120).  Set up will take place Friday October 23.  

Prizes will be awarded to the top three displays based on public voting.
