This form is mandatory if your child needs to miss any type of performance or rehearsal.

Previously known conflicts for performances must be reported by August 16, 2023.

Previously known conflicts for rehearsals or sectionals must be reported a minimum of two weeks before the rehearsal date.

Any absences not reported within the windows outlined above will only be excused at the discretion of the director. Please know that unexcused absences of any kind are a detriment to the group, and as such will have a negative impact your grade.

Please note that absence reasons need to be specific and clear in order to be excused. Parent contact info must be included for excusal.
