I understand that as part of my purchase, all permanent jewellery pieces come with a 30 day jump ring re-weld warranty and 30-Day free adjustments from the date of purchase.

If the item has broken and is outside the 30 days and you have the chain we are able to repair the chain, a £10 re-weld fee will be required.
