FUMC Monroe Online Feedback
The purpose of this survey is to provide an opportunity for sharing your thoughts, questions, and feelings about FUMC as you discern the future God is calling FUMC to create. Six specific questions are included in the survey.

We encourage all to honor these guiding principles for discernment:
1)    Pray for the leadership and congregation daily.
2)    Listen more and talk less.
3)    Breathe and stay calm.
4)    Help people to feel affirmed and heard when possible.
5)    Focus on the issue or challenges, not personalities.
6)    Be curious and compassionate.
7)    Make honest “I” statements without belittling those who stand at a different place.
8)    Stay open to God whose middle name is Surprise!
