By signing below I request that my student receive a locker. By signing below I also understand my student's locker is subject to Board Policy 5144.1. The school will issue a locker to my student. Switching or sharing lockers and sharing locker combinations is prohibited. Students are responsible for any damage to the locker. Students are encouraged to leave all valuables at home as lockers tend not to be secure. Students should keep lockers closed and locked at all times when not in use. LOCKERS ARE SCHOOL PROPERTY AND ARE THEREFORE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT ANY TIME. No items are to be on the front of lockers without prior permission from the Principal.
