Return Policy


Hey Tribe!

Here’s an update on the return policy as of 2/10/23 as we transition to our new shopping platform soon!

To help with the timing of the transition, as of today, all items are final sale. Anything purchased today or any day after this is non-returnable. Everything is marked down significantly - thank you for taking advantage of these deals and helping us clear out our warehouse so we can transition to the next adventure!

Due to the high frequency of orders flowing through our warehouse; orders can not be edited or canceled after checkout is complete. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to checkout.

All shop credits and gift cards expire on 2/28/23, so please use any credits you have or any gift cards you need to spend before then!

Return Policy

  • Any items already shipped for returns as of 2/15/23 will be processed as store credit. As long as they meet the requirements below.

To qualify for a return you need to…

  • Ship your returns no later than 2/15/23

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.

  • Items must have no scent of perfume, smoke, pet hair or visible blemishes.

  • No items marked or verbally identified as final sale items including secondary offer items, no sale items ending in $0.50,  $0.95 or items discounted 31% or greater.

  • Any returns that do not follow our guidelines may be refused or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Final Sale Items

All items are now final sale.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please fill out this form https://forms.gle/ne1JhETmqQj2Fece6 and email hello@unicorntribe.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description and the order number, within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will take care of defects at no cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost to ship return items for shop credit is the responsibility of the customer. At this time, we can not facilitate product exchanges. If you'd like a different size in the item you bought, please purchase the item in the size you need.
