2024 RBPW Cheer -Student Demo Mentor Program
Hello and welcome!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to be a part of our program! Rancho Bernardo Pop Warner is honored to have an incredible mentorship program with community high school cheer and dance participants. A lot of you were once in our athletes’ very same shoes, and having aged out of program to come back and step up now as a Coach Trainee or Student Demonstrator is exactly what Pop Warner character building is all about. Your volunteer efforts are appreciated more than can be put into words, but most importantly support our community building commitment with mentoring and being the best positive role models for our youth.
 
We are looking forward to an amazing season of community building on all levels and are beyond thrilled for your interest!

Coach Trainee: 16-17 years of age
Student Demonstrator: 14-15 years of age
Reminder: National Pop Warner Rule states, the oldest athlete on the team that the student is assisting must be at least two years younger.

Requirements to become certified and rostered Coach Trainee or Student Demonstrator:
STEP 1: Complete this google registration form.
STEP 2: Complete and furnish all itemized documentation requirements. 
STEP 3: Complete and furnish training certifications. 
Deadline: 06/15/2024

DOCUMENTATION
All candidates must furnish the following to be complete registration:
1. 2024-2025 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
2. 2024 Youth Participant Medical History Form
3. Birth Certificate
4. End of year Report Card June 2024, minimum GPA 2.0
5. Passport size headshot
 
All forms and training certifications are due by June 15th by submitting via email to Cheer Player Agent, Kristy Hinds, kristymhinds@gmail.com
