Welcome to the FOURTH QUARTER CHALLENGE brought to you by THE STEIN - A PODCAST FOR DADS!

Timeline: April 19 - June 25

This is an opportunity for you to pray, grow, and be held accountable with other guys/dads like you. We are about to enter into the final quarter of the school year and we want to do a final push to the summer. This challenge will not only help you tune up your physicality and discipline, but your spirituality also. Much like the final quarter of a game, we want to come out swingin' and fish strong.

How it works:

We will meet every morning at 6:00am (Mountain Time) on a call on our Discord channel to pray before the day starts (Rosary, Chaplet, Scripture reflection, etc). Why so early? We want to do this before our families wake up and to begin our day with prayer. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COME EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Lance will be online anyway, so come if you can.

We will commit to doing some sort of physical activity (walk with your family, workout, bike ride - doesn't have to be crazy. Just something.) every day (except Sunday) and post it in the group. We will posting daily whether we met our goal for that day or not. When we don't do what we intended, we will be encouraged and uplifted. When we do achieve what we sought out to do, we will celebrate. This is a chance for us to grow in community and mutual support.

If we stay consistent, pray with and for each other, and encourage one another, we can enter the summer a better version of ourselves both physically and spiritually.
