2. This form is for teachers/administrators/representatives of a high school program (public, private, or home school).

3. Please note that an adult representative of the academic institution applying must travel with their students.

4. There are a limited number of openings for individual high school student to the Jordan program ONLY

using THIS LINK.

5. We will review your application and send you a reply shortly. Upon acceptance, you will receive a travel form, invoice, and a link for payment.
6. 50% of program fees is due upon receipt of first invoice. Full payment is due by May 5, 2023.
