Bricks for the Future Summer Camp Sign Up Form

This camp will teach rising 4th to 8th students about the FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) experience! Students will receive lessons from the Prospect Robotics team about how to build and program a robot to perform a game challenge. Throughout the camp, students will also be engaged in team-building exercises and tackle a science problem and present their solution to it.

The camp is limited to 30 students per session and we need a minimum of 12 students enrolled per session. We will be prioritizing those who have not done the camp before. Deadline to complete registration is July 30th 11:59pm PDT.  

Camp Dates: July 31st to August 4th at Prospect High School (18900 Prospect Road, Saratoga, CA 95070)

¡Este campamento enseñará a los estudiantes de cuarto a octavo sobre la experiencia FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL)! The team is requesting a $200 registration payment to cover the cost of the program. If this amount is a financial barrier, please write us at outreach@team2813.com to request a scholarship. Your spot in the camp will be confirmed once payment or request for scholarship is received.

By signing these agreements electronically. I agree this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my written signature on these agreements.
I understand that:
● I am responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property that my child damages at the site.
● I must have all medical release and medication authorization forms completed on the first day of camp
(forms will be available at check in for you to fill out)
● Refunds will only be given if students are sick for the entirety of the camp. They will not be given if I/my child is dissatisfied with the camp or is unenrolled due to misbehavior.
● Students may only use their phones during break, if the need to contact parents arises my child will let an instructor know.
● I may be called to pick up my child if they are disruptive or abusive to other children or counselors.
● My child may be photographed, videotaped, and interviewed for broadcast, publication, or social media.
● My child may have their work broadcast or published under the discretion of FRC Team 2813 and FIRST.
