Inschrijving Utrecht-Freyr 2024
Leuk dat je mee wil fietsen naar Freyr!

Een paar handige stukjes info:
* De fietsrit is +/- 280 km in totaal, met 2 georganiseerde pauzes onderweg
* Eten en drinken wordt meegenomen voor je (maar je moet wel zelf een lunchpakketje maken) en is aanwezig op de pauzeplekken (handig om zelf mee te nemen wat je onderweg wil nuttigen {bidon/tussendoortjes})
* Bagage wordt voor je naar Freyr gebracht
* Pechhulp is altijd in de buurt
* Vertrek is 15 juni om 6.00 uur ’s ochtends
* Terugreis is 16 juni rond 15.30 uur (dus zorg dat je dan bij Freyr bent aangekomen ;))
* Kosten zullen rond de 40 euro liggen
* Een super cool limited edition Utrecht-Freyr 2024 fietsshirt (ong. €40,-) of katoenen shirt (ong. €15,-) is optioneel. 
* Als je wil klimmen, zorg dan dat je je eigen materiaal meeneemt of regelt via je eigen SAC

Mocht je niet meer kunnen, zorg dan dat je je uiterlijk 6 mei afmeldt of vervanging regelt. Dit in verband met de kosten voor de busreis terug.

We’re so glad to have you joining us to Freyr!

Here is some additional information:
* The distance you will be cycling is about 280km in total. En route, there will be 2 organised breaks.
* We’ll make sure there is fuel (meaning: food and drinks) for you, which will be available during the breaks. You might want to bring your own water-bottle(s) and snacks too, as you might want to eat or drink on the way as well.
* You won’t have to carry your own luggage while cycling (we’ll take care of it).
* Roadside assistance will always be nearby.
* Departure from Utrecht will be at 6:00 in the morning on June 15th.
* We’ll make our way back to Utrecht on June 16th around 15:30 (so make sure you made it to Freyr by then ;) ).
* Participation will cost you about 40 euro.
* The super cool limited edition Utrecht-Freyr 2024 Cycling Shirt for about €40,- and/or cotton Shirt for about €15,- is optional.
* If you feel like climbing in Freyr, make sure you bring your own climbing-gear or hire it through your own SAC.

If, unexpectedly, you cannot participate in the Utrecht-Freyr anymore, please withdraw your application May 6th at the latest or find a substitutional cyclist.
