It is time for us to make preparations for your graduation.
The following is information before you leave IUJ:
1. Report of campus departure
Please answer the below items and return it to the IUJ Accounting by June 10, 2023 (or at least one week before if you leave IUJ on or before June 10) so that we can calculate your final charges.
Those who live off-campus must also answer it.
2. Settlement of your expenses for May and thereafter
You are requested to pay your expenses for June and thereafter IN CASH at the counter of the IUJ Accounting on the last working day prior to the day you leave IUJ/off-campus area or by 4pm, June 23. (Advance notifications are required.)
(Note)
Normally your monthly expenses are automatically deducted from your bank account on the 25th after notification is given by the IUJ Accounting.
However, your final expenses must be paid in cash before you leave the IUJ campus. Please note that we need at least a few days to calculate your final charges (i.e. dormitory fees, light & hot-water fees, copy
fees, printer charge and telephone charges).
3. Closing your bank account
You must close your bank account at the Daishi Hokuetsu bank before you leave IUJ.
Please go directly to the Daishi Hokuetsu Bank with your bankbook** and cash card after June 20, 2022. (As you know, June 20 is the last day of your monthly expenses deduction. Please DO NOT close your account before
June 20.)
** Your bankbook is necessary to close your account. If you have
lost it, please go directly to the bank and go through the formalities
required in that case in advance before you close your account.
