EmBe Rental Request Form
Thank you for your interest in renting one of the facilities at EmBe.  Information on rentals is below.  Please fill out the form and provide the information needed for the rental request.  EmBe staff will be in contact with you to verify information and confirm whether or not we can accommodate your rental request.  

Once a rental request is confirmed, you will receive a an email with the details of your rental request & rental agreement.  You will also receive an invoice through Square via email that you can pay using credit or debit card.  EmBe can also take payment for your invoice at the front desk at the EmBe Downtown location.

(Inflatables are not permitted for use at either EmBe location for birthday parties)

Hours for Rentals & Parties:
Saturdays: 7am to 6pm
Sundays: 1pm to 6pm
*Weekdays are subject to availability after 4pm.  

Pool Rentals:
$5 per person plus
Minimum rate $50 per hour plus lifeguard rate

All groups are required to have a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:10 during group usage.  

Children 5 & under must be accompanied by an adult, in the water, at all times. A locker room attendant must be provided by the group using the facility for the beginning and end of swim period (one for girls locker room, one for boys locker room).

 

Birthday Party Options at Downtown Location:

Swim Party
Aquatics Party Room - $125 for 2 hours (10 wristbands for swimmers included)
additional swimmers are $5 per swimmer

Additional time can be added to the pool party at $50 per hour.  

Parties must plan their own games and supply their own decorations for the room.


Gym Party (Downtown)
Conference Room & Gym - $95 for 2 hours

Gym Party (South)
Party Area & Gym - $95 for 2 hours


Gym Rental (Downtown)
$50 per hour

All groups are required to have a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:15 during group usage.

$75 per hour for 1 full court
$150 per hour for 2 full courts (full gym)
