Mortara Center Conference Room Reservation Request Form
PLEASE READ our Updated Guidelines HERE (as of October 2023).
It is your responsibility to read the Mortara Center Conference Room Reservation Guidelines before filling out this form. Violations that result from a failure to do so are not the responsibility of the Mortara Center.

The Mortara Center only accepts reservation requests outside of business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) for SFS centers and programs. For after hours events, we request that programs or centers have a trained staff member on site during the event. The program or center is responsible for leaving the building in good shape after the event.

The tentative availability of the conference room can be viewed HERE. Please ensure you review the tentative calendar PRIOR to submitting your request.

We are happy to share that as of September 2023 the audio/video (A/V) in the Mortara Center has been completely upgraded in the Conference Room. We are now a "Zoom Room" which can be used for wireless content sharing from your own device, hybrid meetings, event recordings, and more! We are equipped with a touchscreen TV, a secondary moveable touchscreen TV, and two brand new cameras. In order to use the new A/V, you must schedule training with Mortara Center staff PRIOR to your event.

All events hosted in the Mortara Center Conference Room must abide by the following restrictions:

1. Reservations outside of business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) will be approved on a case-by-case basis
2. Reservation requests will not be accepted more than 60 days in advance of the requested date.
3. The host program is responsible for catering at events.
4. Reservation requests received from student groups will be approved on a limited basis.
