Fall 2024 Registration Course Request - (Undergraduate Courses) Department Permission Required

Please use this form to submit your registration request for PERMISSION ONLY COURSES. Registration is processed on a first-graduate, first-served basis. Email requests will not be processed.

Before you submit this form, please check the following on CUNYFIRST:

1) PREREQUISITES: Must have a grade of C- or better if taken prior to the Spring 2024 semester.

*If you are currently taking the course, you may submit your request. However, if your final grade is below C - , you will be dropped.

*If you are UNABLE to enroll in a course that DOES NOT require Departmental Permission because you are currently taking the prerequisite, please fill out the STUDENT INQUIRY FORM to let us know. (link at bottom of this section)

2) HOLDS: Forms submitted with a hold will not be processed. Please contact the appropriate office to have it removed as soon as possible. A seat will not be reserved for you. You will not be notified by SEES.

3) TIME CONFLICTS: Each course must be at least 10 minutes apart. Check time conflicts for each course, especially if you also plan to take a Biology, Chemistry, Math or Physics course.

Questions or concerns regarding your major requirements must be directed towards your Advisor.
