Sunshine & Sweets Bakeshop - Farmer's Market Pre-order Pick up form

This form is for the Melrose Farmer's Market, preorder pick-up on *Thursday, October 15!* (12-5pm)

- Orders MUST be placed by the end of the day on Tuesday, October 13.

- Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the placement of your order. Please check your email for invoices! Order must be PAID by credit / debit card by 10:00am on Thurs October 15, or order will not be available for pick up at the market!

- Your order will be at the Pick Up area at the market. Sunshine & Sweets will NOT have a table at this market!
