Welcome to RPE! This form assists us as we prepare for the 2019-2020 school year. We would encourage you to complete this form if you have a child entering kindergarten! This is optional, but it is your opportunity to provide any information that you feel is appropriate. We ask that you remember this form is about your child and truly helps us in making placement decisions.

All instructional staff will work with the administrative team to create classes based upon various considerations including those listed below:

*Equalizing the number of students in all classes
*Balancing the number of boys and girls
*Balancing the ability levels and the needs of classes
*Family Input

Please remember this is about your child and not a specific teacher. Occasionally, we have staffing changes during the summer so it is always helpful if class placement is about your child instead of naming a specific teacher. We encourage families to share their expertise about their child!
