If you are a current high school sophomore, junior, or senior in Churchill County interested in the LEAD On Fellowship Program - this form is for you!

The LEAD On Fellowship is a premier leadership, education, awareness, and development program in Churchill County. The fellowship is cohort centered and consists of high school juniors and seniors from both Oasis Academy and Churchill County High School. Leadership fellows are paired with a mentor, work on a passion project, participate in monthly engagements, and work towards earning a leadership certificate. The program contributes to LEAD On’s overall mission, vision, and values by cultivating youth development and promoting community service.

This program will help you to discover your why, prepare you for your future, and most of all amplify your potential. Being a leadership fellow will not only elevate your own skills and capabilities but also empower you to be change-maker.
