Duke Park Community Mural Project, Survey
Para español, ir a https://forms.gle/BVSGvSzcJxbmtBsu7

The goal of this mural is to acknowledge and showcase the diversity of Durham's community through art! The mural will be designed by a local artist and located on the wall of the tennis courts in Duke Park. We are a group of 9 dedicated Durham residents made up of BIPOC, Latinx, and white community members working together to help accurately capture Durham for the mural project. The project is sponsored by the Durham Parks Foundation, but funded by community donations. You can donate at our GoFundMe: https://gf.me/u/zbniw7.

Community input is an important part of this project! This survey is available online, printed out and posted at the Duke Park bulletin wall by the playgrounds, and at our in-person events.  If you are interested in finding out more find us on Instagram, Facebook, email, or flyers posted around Duke Park and the Duke Park neighborhood.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey.
