Primarily Plant Based Vegan-5 Day Challenge

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to stick with a vegan diet, especially in the beginning. I started my own vegan journey back in 2006, and there have been times when I've struggled and even fallen off the wagon. But I never gave up, because the health benefits of a plant-based diet are just too great to ignore. As a result, I've learned a lot about how to make a vegan diet work for me, and I want to share that knowledge with you. 

This Free challenge will introduce you to the world of vegan eating and how to start to add it into your life.  Perfection is a myth, so our goal here is to ease into veganism one meal at a time.
