REQUEST TO FREEZE ACCOUNT
This is a request to freeze your membership. You can freeze your account for ANY reason one time per calendar year!

The requirements are listed below.

1. You must submit your request to freeze your account at least 5 business days prior to your automatic billing payment. If submitted within the 5 business days prior, your request will not be processed until after the forthcoming billing cycle.

2. Freezing your account is limited to one time per calendar year.  You can choose to freeze your account for 30, 60 or 90 days. There is not an option to freeze your account for less than 30 days.
Your regular payments will resume after the selected amount of time has gone by.

3.  If you choose to cancel your account while your account is frozen you are still required to give 30 days notice as stated in your membership agreement. If you decide to reactivate your membership current studio rates will apply and are subject to change at any time.
