The Ed100 Academy for Student Leaders, founded in 2020, is a non-profit program that connects California students with leadership opportunities. Our aspiration is to support the development of well-informed, diverse, connected student leaders in each and every California high school and college. (Note: the expansion of this program to college students is new for 2023.) Learn more:

Why we need your helpEach school is like an island. The only way that a student hears about the Academy is if someone they know (usually an adult) personally tells them, "Hey, you should apply for this program. It will help you as a leader." To get that message to student leaders in
each high school and
each college at
each grade level, we need the help of allies. Last year hundreds of students participated in the conference. Which was great, but we have a long way to go.
Who can be an ally?Anyone who works with students can be an ally. Examples include administrators, faculty members, counselors, or community leaders. If you advise the school newspaper, or the ASB program, or an AVID program, please become an ally.
