Please fill out the form below. Every individual who plans to participate needs to fill out a separate form. Volunteers between ages 14-17 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to participate. Volunteers under 14 are required to have a parent, guardian, or responsible adult present.

An NWOBS staff member will send a confirmation email. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, space at the volunteer site is limited!
