LBC: Pool Party Rental Request Form 
Thank you for choosing Leslie Beach Club for your party! Please fill out the following information to reserve your party date.
Tennis Pavilion rental
Party requests for the Tennis Pavilion (covered space located closest to Leslie Drive) must be approved by Tennis and Social Chairs. The Rental fee of $100 includes use of the Tennis Pavilion for 3 hours and courts 1 and 2 for 2 hours.  Host member set up and clean up are to be include in the 3 hour reservation.

Poolside rental
Submit Request    
-First, please read the bullet points below and if you are still interested in renting poolside submit your rental inquiry.
Limited Schedule    
- Member hosted parties cannot be scheduled for    
any time after 10:00 AM Saturdays and any time after 12:00 Noon Sundays in order to
accommodate the time of maximum member usage. Poolside rental is not
available at all Friday thru Monday on Holiday weekends i.e. Memorial Day
and Labor Day and 4th  of July. Events held Monday thru Friday must be
finished no later than 5 pm.  Please note- In order to accommodate without
restricting access to members the pool must remain open and accessible to
all members during scheduled member hosted parties during regular pool
hours thus, the Board reserves the right to deny a reservation for a party that
is too large.

Your initial cost-    
A $100 rental fee is required to reserve tables in the covered area located on the pool deck (picnic style ones only).   If LBC catering supplies are used please wash and stack inside concessions when
finished. Party rentals are for 3 hours, including member host setup and cleanup.
Costs A few days before your event-    
A Guests Fee of $3 per non-LBC member attendee (regardless of intent to swim) will be due prior to your
event and can paid via Venmo. Please send a full attendee list a week before your event.
Very Important Other costs-    
Lifeguards are required for any and all parties. If your event is scheduled prior to general pool hours (non-standard Lifeguard hours), hosting member must contact Sweetwater Pool
Management via their website no less that seven days prior to the date to arrange and    
pay for guard(s). 


If a party is held within the limited schedule during normal pool hours and total party attendance is over 11 people, regardless of the intent to swim, an additional guard is required, therefore Host Member must contact Sweetwater via their website to request and additional guard no less than seven days prior to the date to arrange and pay for guard(s).    
Host member is responsible for payment to Sweetwater for lifeguards during non-standard hours or additional guard during regular hours of at the rate of $40.00 per lifeguard hour, with a minimum of $80.00 per event.    
Sweetwater also charges a customer processing fee of $35.00 for each event.
Cancellation-    
If possible, please notify the social chair 48 hours in advance
in the event of a cancellation.   We also understand how weather can be a
last-minute deterrent for events like these. Your rental fee may be refunded if
cancellation is reasonable.
Social Chair will facilitate booking and managing scheduled parties. Please contact social@lbcswimtennis.com    
with your questions and allow 72 hours for a response to either your email or party request form.
