V for Victory Executive Board Application
V for Victory is seeking engaged community members who are interested in supporting local families battling cancer by joining the Executive Board. The primary function of the Executive board is to oversee the legal and ethical integrity of the organization while supporting advancement of the mission. The mission of V for Victory is to cultivate and build relationships with local businesses in order to provide resources and services, at no cost, to local families and individuals who are battling cancer.

Financial Commitment
100% of all donations made to V for Victory go directly to services for V for Victory families. All administrative and overhead costs are paid for through the Board. Board members are asked to make an annual financial commitment in the minimum amount of $5,000. This commitment can be made in semi-annual or annual installments. Financial commitment can be fulfilled through a personal donation or solicitation through a fundraising campaign or corporate sponsorship. All Board members who make a personal donation will be provided with an end-of-year charitable donation receipt.
