This form launches you into Module 1 of the Warrior Plan to develop your inner warrior archetype. Please note that along the way it challenges you to consider what feels right for you, intuitively, and not what you think the "right" answer is. Naming what is (truly) most compelling
First, scan your body with an open mind. See where you notice tension, or holding. Often you can relate this to the chakra system. Where is it that you notice the most tension right now?
Write below your answer to the question, "What would life look like if I value myself enough to make choices that make my life worth living?" (Or simply, "What is a life worth living?")
How does my answer to the above question define my current situation in life?
What are my associations to the archetype of "Home"? What does home mean to me?
What makes me feel grounded?

Time yourself and close your eyes for 3 - 5 minutes. Watch your breath rise and fall. See if any IMAGES or GUIDING QUESTIONS show up that capture your current situation as you embark on this journey. List them here.
Lastly, I invite you to just see --without seeking it out--if any particular books, authors or instructors spontaneously pop up during each module. If not, that's ok. If so, these will be texts or videos/websites/ etc. that you can refer back to when you go through the modules again in different contexts. (This current worksheet is "Take 1," which helps you identify your focus and goals for transformation... I suggest that you may do a "Take 2" or "Take 3" at different points throughout the year.)
