Applications are based on the point-system.  For example: 
Chapter Committee Member = 1 point
State President = 6 points.
                                    
Ensure the information is specific to the request.  Stating whether a person was a committee member, or a committee chair will make a difference in the number of points awarded.

Section 6 will be considered subjectively and may be used as a tie breaker.  Anecdotal comments are encouraged to illustrate the merits of the Nominee.

Qualifications
  • Member for at least seven (7) years
  • Contributed to the advancement, growth, and development of Louisiana State Organization.
  • Not presently a DKG state officer or paid personnel
  • Nominee is not a previous recipient.
