Ms. Armstrong-Motin, the Founder of Marketing Resolution and author of "The Essential Guide to Marketing Your ADR Practice" is a global speaker for the ADR and legal industry, as well as a respected consultant for the premier ADR providers. She has served as the Vice President of the Southern California Mediation Association and the Co-Chair for the ABA's ADR section of Practice Development. She helps to design and develop business and marketing strategies for associations around the world.

She will discuss the basics of building, managing and marketing your practice.
