THANK YOU for serving as a PTA/PTSA leader this term! As the term kicks off, we'd like to know what would be helpful to our local PTA/PTSAs, so the 17th District PTA board can offer you the best resources.

With that in mind, we encourage you to please complete this survey. There are five short sections. You may provide as much or as little input as you would like. There are numerous open-ended questions that allow for more expansive responses. A compilation of all the responses to this survey will be shared with the incoming district board. Please be as candid and constructive as possible with your input. Providing your contact information ensures we can reach you to provide answers to your questions and/or supply any requested information. And … completed surveys will be entered into an opportunity drawing for a PTA tote bag.
