2021-2022 Theatre for Young Audiences Reservation Request Form

This is the reservation request form for the 10:00 am weekday matinee showings of PETER PAN'S GREAT ADVENTURE and RAPUNZEL: A VERY HAIRY FAIRY TALE. You will be requesting your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of dates.  Filling out this form does not guarantee you a reservation.  Reservations are taken in the order they are received.  We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation via the email you provide below. We are not taking reservations by phone or email.  RESERVATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE USING THIS FORM.  Be sure to fill out every required field or your form will not submit.  If you submitted it correctly, you will receive a confirmation page thanking your for your reservation request and giving additional instructions.

IMPORTANT GROUP GUIDELINES:  It has become necessary to make some changes in groups that are approved to attend the school matinees. Approved groups are public schools, official licensed pre schools, charter and private schools, educational organizations and official home school networks (Alpine Online, WHEN, etc). Families and neighborhood groups should attend the evening public showings. Home school families should join with an official home school network or plan to attend the evening shows. Groups of individuals and families (even if over 20 people) are not eligible to attend the morning matinees.

How many tickets would you like to reserve? *
Must have minimum of 20 people - no exceptions!  All tickets are $3.00 and are non-refundable/exchangeable. Ages 3 and up need a ticket - including teachers and adults. Ages 2 and younger are free, but they must sit on a lap.  No strollers, car seats, or baby carriers are allowed in the theatre.  Please remember to include any parent chaperones and teachers. You can bring 10 less people than you reserve, and we will not charge you. However, you will be responsible for full payment for the remaining number, regardless if actual attendance is less. You can decrease your reservation number if you call AT LEAST three weeks in advance of your show date.
Are you interested in adding the treat combo? *
$1.00 per person for a candy, a small cup of popcorn, and fruit juice box drink. These must be ordered in advance and the $1 is in addition to the $3.00 admission price.

Are you coming on a bus or driving separately? *
If your group is carpooling/coming in cars, please plan to arrive at a specified time and get the majority of your group together in the parking lot or outside the building before you come inside.  There is not room in the lobby for you to gather. This will also help us be able to seat you together.
