Please fill in the form below to register. An email will be sent to you on 2 September 2022 (three days before the course) with the instructions on how to register with OpenLearning, the e-learning platform.

UM: RM300
Non-UM: RM400

2. Go to "Pilihan Bayaran Melalui E-Pay" >> Select "Fakulti Perubatan" >> Select "Jab. RUKA"  

Under the "Keterangan Bayaran" section, please type " MWME 2022_Class 2".

3.Email your payment slip to fom_elearning@um.edu.my.


Important:
Please make sure your email address is correct as the enrolment instructions will be sent to the email.

Once you made the payment, you WILL NOT receive any confirmation email [sorry about this!]. However, please download the e-receipt and wait till 2 September 2022 to receive instructions on how to enroll into the course.
