In keeping with our mission to provide safe and inclusive spaces, priority will be given to makers / artists who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. Allies will be asked to provide their ally statement when they apply.

Vendors will be expected to bring their own 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs. Electricity and wi-fi will not be provided by AQC for any vendor, and a generator or hotspot is recommended if you need.

Vendors can start setting up NO EARLIER than 8am. You must be set up by 10am.

PLEASE DO NOT start breaking down your table until 5pm. Even if you sell out, which we hope for
everyone, please put up a sign and provide people with your information so they can still check out
your products.

Please be prepared for all weather eventualities. We know it will be hot, but please have contingency plans for wind and rain to protect your merch and tents.

According to The Trevor Project (2021), LGBTQ+ youth who had access to spaces that affirmed their sexual orientation and gender identity reported lower rates of attempting suicide. The Acadiana Queer Collective strive to provide safe and inclusive community spaces. *
