TRD Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday Runs
When: Mondays 6:30pm, Wednesdays 6:30pm (speed workouts), and Saturdays 9:30am
Where: Meet at the open grass behind the Met by the Hamilton Statue
What: Fun run
To help ensure the safety of our club members and the community at-large, anyone participating in a club run MUST:
Wear a face covering over your nose and mouth at the beginning / end of each run and if within 6ft of another member during the run (i.e., face coverings can’t be worn around your arm or available in your pocket, it must be on your neck/chin and easy to pull up in cases where 6ft of physical distance between you and another person isn’t possible).
Agree to report a positive COVID-19 test to the club’s COVID Task Force to enable confidential notification to others in the club who may have been exposed on a run.
Not attend any group events if feeling ill with any COVID-19 symptoms.
Maintain 6ft of distance from other members at all times—that includes before, during and after runs—so no fist bumps, high fives or any physical contact whatsoever.
Bring your own water bottles or nutrition, as needed, and not share with any other members.
