Redesigning "Be a farmer", by OES
Hello everybody!

My name is Naren Suresh, a student at Oakridge grade 12 and I am interning at Organo Et School as part of my DP extended learning. As part of my internship, I am redesigning OES's most popular program, "Be a farmer." In this program, participants will learn how to grow vegetables from beginning to end with hands-on experience. There will be special emphasis on natural methods to grow crops, such as using Jeevamrutham instead of chemical fertilizers.

Here is a video if you want to know more about the program: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QRSqfm3Yp4

Through a design thinking framework, with participants from the age groups of 13 - 18, we are planning to redesign the "Be a farmer" program for teenagers, and we need your inputs on how teens would like to be taught natural farming.

If you want to pitch in for research, please share your contact details and preferences.
