Hello! I am so excited to return to The Centre Theater to create a summer Arts Bubble project and start doing live theatre in Norristown again. We seek your input for a production of Chicago High School Edition. The Centre Theater is located at 208 Dekalb Street, Norristown, PA. This is an enrollment project with online rehearsals for the first couple of weeks, then face to face work just prior to showtime. We do hope that most participants will be vaccinated, plan to wear masks during large group numbers, and expect to have live attendance audiences. Note, while you are awaiting the final details, start working on creating a strong video audition for submission around mid-May! Our Jr. Pro workshops will charge a participation fee to help us pay for the performing space and the rights to the show, please let us know your financial situation so we can make sure to plan accordingly. The fee will include 2 tickets for the in theatre performance. (Due to the current health situation, we will be strict on only enrolling a certain number of performers for the show.)

I am seeking financial assistance so that I can do the show.

I would like to work on the production in a tech capacity to pay for my workshop participation.

$250 is affordable for me.

In addition to the fee, I will donate an additional amount to assist another student to join the production.

I have resources that I can donate to help with the production (please let us know what they are).

My student is already vaccinated and I am happy to adhere to any safety requirements (masks, face shields, distance requirements during performance, etc.)

I plan to have my student get a vaccination as soon as vaccines are available to them.

I do not feel comfortable with vaccines, but will sign a voucher stating that my child will wear a mask during the production, and be tested weekly once rehearsals go "live."

Currently our plan is to produce this musical for performance in late June, but we may push the dates if needed to acquire sufficient performers. We will offer ZOOM dance lessons, ZOOM vocal lessons, and ZOOM table rehearsals (acting work) for the first few weeks. Please note all days that work for you for ZOOM rehearsals. Please let us know all weekends that you ARE available for performances. (check all that work for you) *

June 25 to 27 weekend (with full tech weekend and dress rehearsal the week before)

July 1 to July 3 weekend (with full tech weekend and dress rehearsal the week before)
