This Call for Contributions now closed. Applications after April 27th 2021 will not be considered.

Our vision is for the meeting in Geneva to be a premier Scholarly Communications meeting in the year in which it is held – cutting edge, progressive and challenging orthodoxy. Previous agendas for the OAI meetings can be found at OAI11, OAI10 and OAI9. Earlier agendas are also available on the CERN website. The event will be organised online between 6-10th of September 2021.

The fifth session of OAI12 is “The Future of Open Science” and it will be a mix of invited speakers and the result of this call for papers. The topics of this section is broad, from a visionary look into how world will look like if the research process is fully transparent, to more specific papers about the future of academic conferences, research data, access to scholarly publishing, research, open research and commercialization, etc.
