The Sundress and Big Hat Brunch™ is all about celebrating and honoring ourselves as women of excellence. Each year we honor a woman with the “You Rock” Award! This award recognizes women who live by the Girlfriends Rules. She builds bridges, not walls, compliments others, shows up for others, serves others. She can be counted on and trusted with your secrets and successes.

• Have done any of the following:
     - Successfully overcome significant obstacles and transformed her life, career, or business
     - Provided a significant about of service to an organization or community above and beyond the call of duty  
     - Is a relationship builder/connector
