Boys' 7th/8th Grade Basketball Registration
This is the registration form for Boys' Basketball 2022/2023.  

Please submit a check to your child's teacher in c/o of Scott Schaefer made out to Saint Mary PTO- Basketball in the amount of $150.  

7th and 8th grade are combined, so we usually have a mix of both grades on each team.  Generally, we have a skills assessment and make up a team for the Varsity division and one for the JV division.  

Games will be played at the gym on Benedictine/Saint Gertrude's campus on River Road most likely starting November 19th.   Most games are on Saturday afternoons or evenings.  In the 7th and 8th grade league sometimes there are games on week nights, but that's mostly in the varsity division.

Practice most will be determined based off of coach availability.  The hope is to start practice the first week of November, but we will have to be flexible with construction and gym availability.

I, as parent or guardian of the above child, give my approval for his/her participation in the Saint Mary Athletics.  In case of injury to my child, I give permission to rend or obtain necessary medical care until I am contacted.  I also assume financial obligations for such medical treatment.  I hereby release, absolve, and hold harmless Saint Mary Church and School and all person involved in the athletics program, and waive all claims against any or all of them.  I understand that I am responsible for accident insurance coverage.
