The Connect-Discover-Recover support program is designed to create a healthy non-judgmental environment for individuals wanting support with their substance use recovery journey.

Agreement and guidelines for attending the program: *

I agree to follow and respect the rules of the program at all times

I agree to respect and follow the instructions of the program facilitator

I understand that the facility is not mine and I am responsible for any damage I cause

I agree to return anything I use during my participation to how it was before I used it

I agree that I will maintain confidentiality and not share information that is shared in our groups outside of this space

I will not promote, encourage or glorify using drugs and I will hold other participants accountable of the same. If this occurs I will be asked to exit the program.

I will not bring drugs or alcohol onto the property or to TRP events (this includes supplying or assisting others to obtain drugs). If this occurs I will be asked to exit the program

I understand that my information will be kept in a safe place and will not be shared prior to my consent unless there is a risk of serious self-harm, harm to someone else or abuse of children

I agree that my recovery is my responsibility

I agree to a zero tolerance policy of violence or threat of violence and will maintain safety of myself and others
