Our bylaws state: "A resolution that addresses political and interpersonal conflicts/disputes, as well as violations to the code of conduct, will be established by each Steering Committee within one month of the new Steering Committee taking office. This process will be presented to the chapter and must be approved and voted on by the general body." What ideas could you contribute as you develop this new process? If you were developing it on your own (which you won’t be!), what kind of framework would you use? How would you suggest the chapter resolve conflicts of an interpersonal or political nature? *
