Please read the following information in full before proceeding to the next section.
Student Registration is only complete after a registration receipt is given to the client and after the following two items are received by Patchwork Preschool:
- This completed registration form
- A $135
registration fee, which is comprised of $55 for August’s tuition and an $80.00 supply fee. Please send the fee via
Venmo to @Rebecca-Nielsen-2 or bring it directly to the preschool.
Choose from one of 3 class options for Pre-Kindergarten students who must turn 4 years old by Sept. 1st, 2024 and must be one year prior to attending kindergarten:
- MWF Morning Class: MWF, from 9:00 -11:30 am, $175/month (Calss is full - waiting list only)
- MWF Afternoon Class: MWF, from 12:30 - 3:00 pm $175/month
- TTh Afternoon Class: TTh, from 12:30-3:00 pm, $145/month
OR Choose the following class option for students who must turn 3 years old by Sept. 1st, 2024 and are 2 years prior to attending kindergarten:
- TTh Morning Class: TTh, from 9-11:30 am, $145/month
School Term: The 2024-2025 School Term will begin on Monday, August 19th, 2024, and will end on Friday, May 16th, 2025
Calendar: Patchwork Preschool closely follows the Provo School District's calendar (with a few minor changes) and will observe the same holidays and time off school.
*Please note: these dates are subject to change as the Provo School District may add or take away days due to weather or professional development. Clients and students will be notified as changes are made.
Holidays and time off for the 2024-2025 school year are:
- Labor Day: Sept. 2nd, 2024
- Fall Break: Oct. 17th - 21st, 2024
- Thanksgiving: Nov. 27th - 29th, 2024
- Winter Break: Dec. 23rd, 2024 - Jan. 3rd, 2025
- MLK Jr. Day: Jan. 20th, 2025
- President's Day: Feb. 17th, 2025
- Spring Break: March 31st - April 4th, 2025
