EI Schooling Show at the WA State Horse Park
One entry per horse/rider combination
Entries must be received by April 22, 2022; late fee of $5 per entry after this date and we cannot guarantee entry after close date.

Entries will be processed on a first come, first served basis until the show fills.  Your entry is not finalized until your waiver form and payment is received.

Management reserved the right to split of combine classes as warranted by entries.
Ribbons awarded to 5 places.

Ride times will be available Thursday prior to the competition on the EI website and will be sent out by email.
Show will be conducted according to USDF and USEF rules. Formal show attire is not required. Competition arena is full size (20x60m) in either an outdoor sand arena or the WSHP's new covered arena.

Stabling is available as a day stall or overnight if you plan to arrive Saturday.  You must visit the WA state horse park at https://washington-state-horse-park.myshopify.com/collections/pay-day-use-fees for stabling, camping and day use fees. Competitors may also work out of their horse trailer. Horses must be attended at all times.

Your well-behaved dog on a leash is welcome at the WA State Horse Park. Contact show management to check feasibility of bringing a stallion. Lunge horses only in designated areas. Please leave parking area clean, remove manure and hay.

All riders must wear ASTM/SEI Certified headgear while mounted, no exceptions. Formal show attire is not required; a neat turn out is expected with all riders wearing appropriate riding boots.

Fees:
EI Members:                                                                        
$15 per entry office fee + $15 per class

EI Non-members:
$15 per entry office fee + $25 per class

Make all checks out to Equestrian Institute.

FINAL STEPS:
You do not need to print this entry form and you will get an email for your records.

You do need to print and sign the EI Liability Waiver Form and complete the USEF horse vaccination form (http://www.einw.org/schooling-shows.html). These must be included with your payment for registration to be complete.

You do need to visit the Washington State Horse Park events page to sign their waiver and pay a $15 facility use fee for the day.  If we want a stall, you can sign up for one on their site.
