Applications will be taken through March 15th (11:59 PM EST) 2023, for FWA Panels.
Approvals will be sent out in three waves at the ends of December, February, and March with the majority of our selections being made during Febuary.
We are also looking for people to host workshops. These are panels were people will build something, that they will take home. If you are interested in hosting a workshop please also reach out to
programming@furryweekend.com after filling out this form.

Applicants must have experience in the field in which they will be presenting during their suggested panel and/or event. Serious applicants only please. Approval to host a panel does NOT provide admission to the convention, you will still need to register for a Convention Membership at
http://www.furryweekend.com/registration/ .
PLEASE FILL ONE APPLICATION FOR EACH PANEL YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HOSTING. This makes reviewing the applications much easier.
NOTE: If you are a DJ and want to speak on aspects of your field this is the correct form for you. However, if you wish to DJ for one of our evening parties, please contact

Please keep in mind that Panels does not have a dedicated AV team or access to the main stage. If you are interested in performing in a main event space, please contact
